I have been fighting against the Coronavirus in the fever clinic with my college bestie! I didn’t even notice the marks on my forehead from the safety goggles until I got off work.
My protective suit was so tight that I had to squeeze myself into it. It’s pretty tiring! I only drank one cup of water and went to the bathroom once the whole day, because the protective suit is such a luxury now. Since then, I’ve been drinking water and eating soup like crazy. Two hours off work and I’ve already gone to the bathroom five times LOL! (Editor’s note: the protective suit is not reusable once it’s taken off. As such, the medical workers in Wuhan try to minimize the need for changing, including drinking less water, combining multiple meals into one, etc.)
There’s a rash on my hand. I’m not sure if it is because I’m allergic to something, or is it simply from washing my hands way too frequently. It takes more than I expected to be on the front line!Everyone, let’s keep pushing and defeat the virus!
